System Description
Lubkraft progressive systems are designed to provide continuous lubrication to specified points through metering devices, normally used on small to medium-sized machines. Progressive means that all lubricating points, each in turn, are provided with grease or oil.
Progressive systems consist of a pump connected to at least one primary metering device. If needed, secondary metering devices can be connected to the outlets of the primary metering device to increase the number of lubricated points, depending on the operating pressure of the pump. The outlets of the primary and secondary metering devices are connected via branch lines to the lubrication points of the machine. The pump supplies lubricant to the metering devices with a pump-setting pressure.
The metering devices divides the lubricant into even or predefined amounts of lubricant, depending on the metering device, that are positively displaced to the lubrication points or the inlet of a connected secondary metering device. The lubricant amount provided by each outlet of the metering device depends on the type of metering device being used. Lubkraft offers progressive systems that can dispense a precise, metered amount of lubricant to up to hundreds of lubrication points.

With its flexible design, including adjustable pump elements and an ability to work with both injector-based and series progressive systems, G 205 is a rugged, cost-effective pump designed to serve multiple markets and applications. The pump features three control choices, which means added flexibility for easy lube system set-up, operation and troubleshooting. The pump extends machinery life, reduces operating costs and increases productivity for usage in a wide variety of markets.
The L 203 lubrication pump is a versatile, compact and cost-effective solution capable of supplying up to 150 lubrication points, depending on the length of the line. It comprises a housing with an integrated motor, a reservoir equipped with a stirring paddle, a pump element featuring a pressure-relief valve, filling nipple, and electrical connection components. This robust pump can drive up to three pump elements and can be optionally equipped with low-level control (with or without control board).

LSV are single-block progressive devices designed to accurately divide incoming lubricant into predetermined individual quantities. LSV can operate under high backpressures and across a wide range of temperatures, with a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. LSV metering devices come with 6 to 22 outlets, and monitoring can be done via a pin indicator for visual system monitoring or with a piston detector for electrical system monitoring.

Suitable for measuring element distributor of thin oil and grease, through progressive type plunger movement type lubricant to each oil outlet. Appearance is compact and strong, high flexibility, suitable for a variety of applications, small form factor and narrow space movements in space.
LXF distributor is composed of three elements, at least a first block, a middle block and a tail block, which can provide 3 to 24 lubrication points of lubrication. There are many sizes of displacement to choose from. Each oil outlet can be carried out in parallel, doubling the oil quantity.
Mechanical and electronic sensors can be easily configured to provide positive assurance for successful lubrication.
